After spending a month after the election fighting President Bush's election, the the Democrats did not stop there. They vigorously opposed President Bush's nominee for Attorney General -- John Ashcroft. MillionsofAmericans.com went to work. We set up a petition to the U.S. Senate urging them to confirm Ashcroft. Over 275,000 Americans signed this petition.
